The Liquor Liability Practice Group of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin has distinguished itself among defense firms handling liquor liability claims.  The practice group is co-chaired by R. Anthony Michetti and M. Scott Gemberling, two of the leading attorneys in this area of the law.  Our group concentrates on the representation of liquor licensees and social hosts involving significant personal injuries and death.  We have successfully litigated through verdict dozens of liquor liability claims involving significant potential exposure to our clients.
